One of the worst experiences ever.
I choice Splash as for last minute root touch up for my highlights as they are close to my office and had a deal going for T section highlights - £31 only later to find out that this price is does not include toner for which they charged me extra £15 and neither the hairdresser was able to offer two tone highlights which I normally have at my usual salon.
Just as I walked in they were running 15min late. The hairdresser was so slow and no idea what products they use that in the end I had to spend 1.5h in the salon and that did not even include a blow dry.
The end result - streaky, brassy highlights, for 46 quid leaving the salon with the worst rough dry ever with my hair full of static which I never normally have. Awful.
