Good blowout and cut, nice staff.
My only issue was that they charged me an extra £4, even though I selected the "medium hair" cut and blow (my hair is right around my shoulders).
They charged me for the "long hair", which is definitely not my length, and a bit of a scam.

Very busy place. The receptionist is lovely, but staff felt rushed as they do many walk-ins too, which is a little annoying as I had a booked appointment.
Highlights were fine but were definitely rushed and could have been a bit better.
