This is the second time I have booked a treatment in Splash and honestly I am very satisfied. The punctuality is amazing.. I have never waited 5 min and the staff is brilliant. Sara, who did my treatment, is soooo lovely, kind and professional... she is very very very good. She did a very lovely job.. I love it!!!

Late start, uninviting massage room with lots of noise from outside the room - not very relaxing. Masseuse didn't ask for injuries, preferences nor communicated in any way. After the time was up she just walked out - I assumed it was time for me to leave.
