Great location and value for central London. The salon was very clean. However I was unimpressed and upset with the service I received. My nails were hardly left to soak the shellac off and they were filed down so roughly it was uncomfortable. Staff members (including the member of staff doing my nails) were also talking about me at the till point. The whole experience was awful which was a shame because of its location and value I probably would have returned.
