I booked quite a last minute appointment so it was understandable that the receptionist didn't know I was coming but I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment for a hairdresser to become available. Once I did have one she did not believe me when I said I had already paid for a wash, haircut and blowdry and insisted I was there for only a wash and blowdry. The service was very standard, nothing spectacular but it wasn't exactly bad. The hairdresser did always check with me if I was happy with the length which I appreciated. The haircut was fine and I did like the blowdry. When I got home I did notice the lady had missed out a whole strand of my hair as it was longer than the rest and hadn't been cut which I've not experience before. This wasn't the worse experience I've had but it wasn't that great.
