I had good experiences last visit, both receptionists are smiley, nice and helpful. Daniela had shampooed my hair nicely with small head massage and she had cut my hair accordingly to what I asked. She really pay attention to what she did, the length and the layer of the haircut is right to my requirements.
She is really recommended.

My previous back waxing experience at Splash was terrible, forceful and painful, very disappointing when had always been fine there.
I thought to give it a second chance this time. Big mistake. It was very bad. Waxing took not longer than 10 minutes. Strips on left side done at once. Same with right side. Clearly beautician was in a hurry to finish. So badly done that wax strips peeled off skin.
Im done with Splash, ill never be back
