Staff spoke poor English , receptionists not welcoming at all and other staff standing around chatting to each other , gown was dirty and smelt bad , I was told I had to pay £15 extra for toner on top of what I had already paid and it was treatwells fault , hairdresser was sweet but hard to communicate with due to poor English , not recommended
