Was seen very quickly and the staff in the hairdressers upstairs were very friendly and helpful. This was actually my first waxing experience so I found being ushered into a room and the door shut behind me without any instruction to be no help at all for my nerves. Still, logic dictated that I strip and lie down, which I did, when the beautician re-entered she got right down to work, so if you are looking for a gentle introduction to waxing this is probably not the best place to find reassurance, but I could forgive that due to its value for money. Would return for that reason alone except that I noticed she was double dipping- as someone with no experience in waxing, even I know this is a bad idea. I took for granted the idea that all salons would adhere to a certain level of hygiene when it came to spatulas, for this reason, in spite of the reasonable price tag, I dont believe I will be returning. For those who aren't so fussy about spatula use then this place offers a great location for a good price.
