Very poor she did not do a great job seemed to snap the hairs so had to use strip wax too. Also had to ask her to come back as she missed sections. Plus when I got home I noticed more! Very unsatisfied which is unlike the normal service I receive! Next time I will ensure I select a member of the team as the lady I had clearly didn't know what she was doing or cared
