I left feeling quite disappointed - the manicure and pedicure turned out ok but the nail technician made 1/4 of all of my nails bleed by cutting back the cuticle too much and I left with red raw hands from the hand scrub done too aggressively. The nail technician was nice but I think language was a bit of a barrier and she didn't take the signals of pain I showed to scale down the harshness of the treatment. Also the setup for the pedicure wasn't altogether very comfortable - stretching my leg over without much support wasn't the most comfortable to be doing for 30 mins+. Don't think I'll be going back.

Splash, Goodge Street, is a good no frills salon. The salon is a little tired and dirty, however everyone seems friendly enough. The lady who cut my hair probably took quite a bit more off than I expected, that said it looks the healthiest it has in years, so I am grateful. I had a great treatment too and will be back again.
