Late by 25 minutes. Terrible hair experience despite another stylist trying to correct the wrong hair colour. I ended up with an orange hair although I walked in with a light ash base with highlights on. All I needed was a toner to maintain ny highlights. The lady who is nice but unfortunately doesn't speak much English thought that I am there for a toner and a bleach. She then removed my highlights and I ended up with dark brown ugly tone. Her colleague tried to fix it and used a stripper to remove the wrong toner. When I went home my hair looked orange. I visited my regular hairdresser who confirmed that the stripper penetrated all my hair tones and permanently turned my hair into orange. I now have to go through an expensive and long process to undo all this. Really sad! I would expect a courtesy call from senior management.
