I usually like this place but this time I was very disappointed. It took ages to take the gel off my nails, and they didn't even bother to cut my mega long nails or put oil or something (my nails were totally damaged). The pedicure wasn't good either, they put so much polish that it went off the same evening. It was so ugly I had to take everything off. I imagine they were very busy, but I didn't feel they cared at all.
