usually i have a great experience here but this time the manicure was a little bit too rough - my cuticles were hurting afterwards and also my therapist forgot to put cuticle oil on one hand and also had to be prompt to do the exfoliation.
I was not offered any water or refreshment which they normally do.
Also, waxing was not very thorough - but im assuming it is this particular therapist rather than all therapist as i generally have good experience.
