The lady who gave me my wax was fantastic and very quick. The male receptionist, however, was very rude at the end. He pulled me aside and pointed out that I'd ended up having a Hollywood when I'd booked a Brazilian online and I should technically pay more. I hadn't realised I'd booked something different or that there was even a price difference. The way he dealt with it felt unnecessary and invasive.
