The lady absolutely destroyed my hair. I have never ever had it feel or look so bad. She didn't use any conditioner and then proceeded to brush my hair when wet and tangled after dying, ripping out half my hair in the process. It was so dry, brittle and destroyed I had to use emergency hair mask three times next 24 hours to make it relatively healthy again. No hairdresser has ever managed to do what she did so never going back.
