The lady who did my treatment was unnecessarily rude and unfriendly after my treatment when I asked her to re-do one area. She had made a fuss about the time for each person but as I was taken in early my treatment only ended 3 minutes past the start time. I have been using this place for a while and have previously rated it very highly but this has been my second sub-par experience (first with staff) so will not be returning.
