All went well and the therapist / hairdresser were very good. The receptionist however was awful. This woman is not the usual receptionst but just very rude.
Firstly, they changed my appointment from sunday to saturday which was inconvenient but I accepted because they wouldnt give me another alternative - just kept saying we can't do it becaus they are over booked.
I was running late and spoke to a lady on the phone who told me that it was not a problem but when i arrived, the attitude of the receptionist was appaling. I was late by 15 minutes to my new appointment for waxing which was between 4-430. After her having a massive go at me, the appointment began at 1620 and finished at 1630 - so what the big fuss was about i am not sure. The haircut was for wash and cut - they omitted the washing for not sure what the reason was... given that we were not late at all for that appointment.
I've been going here for years and never had such a bad customer service before. You either say we cannot do it because it will not work within your allocated time (which was obviously not the case) or just do it and be pleasant? what all the moaning is about i don't know. I won't be returning.
