Have been here a number of times in the past and it's usually a good experience. This time unfortunately I think a lack of understanding has resulted in a poor experience. The lovely lady doing my pedicure was really struggling to understand what I wanted and a number of times asked one of her colleagues to translate. I picked my colour but no one told me it wasn't shellac. It was in fact a normal polish meaning I had to sit and wait quite a while for my nails to dry before being able to head back to work which obviously was quite inconvenient.
The staff are always nice and attentive but I think I'll give somewhere else I go in future (I have actually cancelled a mani I had booked in later in the week) in the hope of finding somewhere where communication isn't such a challenge. Sorry.
