The staff were great - particularly Sara, the beautician that completed my manicure. She did went above and beyond to ensure me and my mum were happy and comfortable, at the same time as dealing with a very awkward customer. Manicures look great, loved the free prosecco! Would be happy to go again for the price paid.

I booked my haircut and blowdry last minute and chose the salon based on the reviews. The salon is small, the chairs are too close to each other, the music loud, that's definitely not a place where you'll feel relaxed. The whole experience was rushed and not very attentive, my ears full of foam during the hair wash and my face wet (makeup smudged) My haircut was ok, apart from the combing, the hairdresser wasn't gentle with my hair at all. I didn't expected a magic, all I needed was to cut off an inch of the dry and brittle ends. I've been asked if I want some loose waves; I ended up with completely fried up hair, the temperature of the straightener was definitely way too high. That's very unprofessional. My hair still smells burnt even after two washes.

Luca was great. 20 mins late starting the appointment which was only negative, which was a little disappointing given that on the day they moved my appointment 5 mins earlier?!
