I had an appointment, as did a few other people in the waiting area and we were all waiting over 45 minutes. The staff were friendly though and the haircut itself was decent.

always happy with my treatment hence i go back every time. i wasn't offered anything to drink which i m not sure why that happened, but it seems that it gets forgotten sometimes..
