They were late to start, when I had my hair washed water went all over my face and in my ears and down my neck. I only paid for the wash and cut.. but then the hairdresser made it virtually impossible for me to say no to the blowdry and kept insisting, that cost me an extra £15 I didn't want to pay! No heat protection was used for the blow dry and it was dried curled under my face. Why did she think making my hair look like a ball would be attractive!! Never going back and would like a refund to be honest as my hair didn't look different either other than looking like a football.
