Even though I was able to switch my time without any issue I then had to wait twenty minutes to be see which was a bit of a pain. The person who did my eyebrows was nice and did a good job but there were other staff members telling her to hurry up so they could go home which I felt was a bit rude, especially as my previous booking had been for an hour later so I can’t imagine what they would have been like then!

The olaplex treatment felt just like a shampoo not an actual treatment you let sit. Didn’t comb the product through and my hair felt like sandpaper after. I’ve done treatments at home that have left my hair smoother. V disappointing. Nice guy though
