I have been to splash on a few occasions as it's the best value in the area for a hot wax. Sometimes I have a very good experience and the treatment is quick and not so painful. But other times it has felt rushed and bits have been missed. On my last visit I had to wait 10 mins for a treatment room. This was rather annoying as I was on my lunch break and short of time. Other than that it was perfectly fine. I think it would be nice if they gave you wipes beforehand. At other salons I've thought this was a nice thoughtful touch
