This was a last minute booking. The salon was extremely busy when I arrived and I was asked to wait downstairs, 10 minutes later I was still waiting for my treatment. The salon seemed too busy for everything to be properly organised and the treatment was average.

I've been coming here for 3 years and recently noticed the lack of quality with the shellac manicure declining. This manicure was really sloppy and the shellac was uneven and bobbly. Until their new staff work to the same degree of quality as previously, I will be taking a break from coming to this salon.

Quick wax, OK overall but there was a bit of burn on my skin from the hotwax and the girls aren't always able to communicate very well in English.
