My appointment was delayed by 30 minutes but the massage only lasted 50 minutes.
The massage room is in the basement and there is a hole in the wall which has an air conditioning unit. The next door was some sort of a kitchen because there were 3 people chatting and eating next door and I could hear and smell everything. The massage therapist did go out 3 times to shush them but they kept talking LOL. Music from the hair salon is banging loud. What I hoped to be a relaxing massage before church service ended up super stressful, and i was late for church because they delayed it by 30 minutes. Real waste of 40 pounds which I didn't even get a whole hour for. Oh also no proper waiting area so i was sat on some stools in a tiny corridor and kept being excused by the therapists who would pass by. It's not cheap considering what you get. Will never return and will tell all my friends to never go here. Also is it possible to get the 10 minutes I didn't get for a refund? I doubt it.
