Stylist was great and very friendly. I was only surprised that the salon charge £7 extra to use Kerastase Shampoo & conditioner rather their own generic one.

I've been coming to Splash for 4+ years now. This was the worst experience so far. The therapist was 15 mins late, but despite this I didn't hear any apology from her. At least out of politeness... second when she didn't use the cuticule cream prior to soak in I alerted her politely she just said "no, i didnt forget anything" rudely. In all 4+ years all therapists have used a cuticule cream prior to soak in... so very surprised this was not used this time... which obviously made them harder to remove and despite my polite warning (where tje therapist kept eye rolling...) she hurt me a lot. Not booking with her again. By contrast, Sandra the manager kept checking on me during all the waiting time very attentively. She made all the difference!
