Running very behind schedule, had to wait an extra 45 minutes past appointment time. And there was hair all over the floor so had to put my bags on another client chair as they weren't going to get covered in hair.

Henry did an amazing job with my long frizzy hair! The blow dry was better than I could ever have expected as I have extremely long hair so it is always a nuisance to do blow dry. However, he took his time and was very precise. I honestly left the salon with everyone glancing at my hair! The Hollywood wax on the other hand..was the worst experience I've ever had to endure. It was so painful!! Especially as she kept going over the area several times, using both hot and strip wax. She pinched my skin a couple of times with the tweezer. The biggest no no of all is that she double dipped..I was so shocked. I will leave it as that as I could go on of what also went wrong. I wouldn't advise on coming here for a Hollywood wax.

Good for a quick, cheap upper lip wax! I did have to ask for the lady to back and do a bit she had missed but she was happy to and for £4 who cares!
