My haircut at Splash was great. The Goodge Street salon has a nice ambience, the staff are nice and polite and you get a complimentary drink while you wait. The only bad thing is that the hairdressers always try to push you to get your washed (which costs extra), even when you say no and even sometimes refuse to cut your hair if you don't get it washed.
