This place is super busy and it's not hard to tell why. Has a really great atmosphere and they even give you a menu to choose a drink from while you wait, including prosecco! That said, it's hard to not feel like you've been squeezed in for your appointment, sometimes literally as my hairdresser had to swivel me around in my seat to access the side of my head so I had a lovely view of the lady next to me. The price is really good but the quality of the cut basically matches it. Not a bad experience by any means, but far from the best haircut I've ever had.

Whilst the actual wax and beautician was 5 star without a doubt, booking staff and organisation was very poor. I arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment and was taken to the treatment room where I received my wax. However, I received a missed call mid appointment from staff claiming I hadn’t shown up! They then reported me as a no show on treatwell. When I explained I was on time and received my treatment I was told I was lying and hadn’t shown up. Terrible customer service from the booking staff. Very disappointed as the beautician and treatment was amazing. Huge shame about the disorganised and rude booking staff. Will be considering whether I return...

Great central location, nice to be offered a glass of bubbly and nails we'll done. It is a bit cramped, so not a luxury pampering, but what you'd expect in this part of town
