I go here a lot and I always find the staff very friendly and chatty. I’ve had some really too treatments here also, this time it was much more painful than usual, the beautician was new (1 week) and I’m not sure how much experience she had but it really was noticeable. She was very nice thought but it definitely wasn’t as good as previous wax, the pain level and the overall result. Generally though I would recommend this place.
