I loved the TV on the ceiling - a good distraction from the waxing pain!
The waxing wasn't as thorough as I had hoped and still had hairs left.
It took me by surprise that the same stick was used multiple times when putting the wax on my skin - this definitely isn't hygienic and especially for intimate areas.

I had a new therapist today. She has transferred from another branch. Unfortunately i didn’t get her name but I highly recommend her for her professionalism, she is incredibly thorough with her treatment and offered me after care advice. She is warm and friendly, a great addition to the team!
