Unfortunately I walked away very disappointed after going in for a trim and walking away with a short bob. I was mortified after spending years growing out my hair. I thought the stylist was brutal and rough, with washing, combing and blow drying my hair. There was no consultation, just taken in and hair washed before even being asked what I wanted doing. There is nothing to repair this as I can’t get my hair back but am gutted to have such a short bob when it’s something I’ve been working so hard to grow out.
