Booked on Treatwell but was charged a higher rate at the salon. Fabiola did my wax and was professional & I’m very happy with the service, but the room itself wasn’t very clean.

I have had my hair cut there twice now, and both times I have had to wait nearly 30mins past my appointments.
The first time I cut my hair there it was great, today, it was an awful experience. Not only did me "stylist" not listen to a single request I asked for, he also proceeded to tell me that I can either have a good haircut or a styled blowdry, I cannot have both... even though I did not get a good haircut or a decent blowdry and I paid for BOTH!
Safe to say, I will not be going back!!!
