Come here a lot and generally happy. The wax I had this time was bad, patchy and very fast - maybe a little too fast at 10 mins for a Hollywood (my first in a while) . Noticing when I got home that there were whole patches not waxed and not thoroughly done, I ended up having to finish it myself. All in all it felt like a lazy appointment. Had the appointment lasted the full 30mins I would have felt more satisfied that she'd at least tried to do a good job. Before I went in the lady giving the treatment did say she got to go home after my appointment so maybe that had something to do with it. Usually I love this place but would probably reconsider next time.
