AWFUL! The beautician was so rough!! I was in the room less than 10 minutes and the wax wasn’t good. There was a lot of hair left over and didn’t mention it because the beautician seemed very annoyed and seemed like she wanted to get rid of me as soon as possible (they were very busy) I’m a regular customer here so this is really upsetting, definitely not worth the money. Not happy!!!

Really efficient service and great cut exactly how I wanted it. Lovely to be offered a coffee - pity it got covered in hair at blowdrying
