I booked this place because I had a meeting near there that day but then I got a call the night before saying they had to move it an hour later. When I said I couldn’t they very kindly accommodated me and said someone could do it. I was the only person in the salon when I arrived at 10am but the salon did not look ready for customers. There was hair on the hairdryer and my chair, I was told to just put my bag on the chair next to me which also had the hairdressers work bag on. There was loud house music playing which was odd for 10am and not very relaxing for a salon. Then when she started cutting my hair she didn’t brush my hair out properly so she was cutting it with tangles in and not properly parted. She then took my towel off halfway through drying so I got hair all over my work clothes. Ended up having to cut two sections of my hair again because they’d been missed entirely. Overall a poor experience.
