This is honestly the worst hair cut i have ever had in my life. I arrive and taken to the seat - the barber was a nice guy but clearly didnt know how to cut hair - or at least my style of hair.
He used clippers all over, i asked for 0.5 fade but got that all over, different shades all over my head. the guy announced he couldnt use scissors and proceeded to cut the top of my hair with clippers.
Absolutely horrific - spent another 30 minutes in a different barbers afterwards.

Fantastic haircut! I was switched from the Goodge Street branch to the Soho one due to an issue with availability which was handled very smoothly, with the option to change date or switch location. Only issue was the in salon music was a bit much

1. When the hairdresser was brushing my hair I asked to do it more softly and her response was “if you prefer you can do it yourself”
2. She was supposed to make a simple even haircut, but I had to make her notice at the end that some parts were longer than others
3. At the time of the blow dry I asked for some more volume at the roots and she said it was not possible to achieve because of how my hair is. All hairdressers should know how to do that
