Everything was great. Only thing that makes it a 4 star ladies haircut instead of a 5 star is that I sat nervously in the seat the whole time. The hairdresser was perfectly competent but because it took a while to communicate what I actually wanted, it was difficult to tell if the hairdresser had taken it on board hence making me nervous through the experience. The result was excellent though!!
