This was the worst wax I’ve ever had. The main floor where the hairdresser is located seems fine enough but the basement level is cramped, untidy and not a nice atmosphere at all. The receptionist was good but the staff downstairs were abrupt. The waxist was unfriendly, quite rough and only did a half job. I’ve had to redo whole sections at home because so much was missed. Not an expensive wax but still not worth the money. I won’t be returning.
