The place is nice enough - but service wasn't great in terms of instructing me of what to do before the treatment (if i had never had one before, I wouldnt have know what to do), they also didnt have wet wipes (which is fairly standard for a wax), and there was a small area where she pulled my skin (didnt hold it taut) and burst blood vessels which is still red 4 days later. Other than this is was a fine experience, but because of those things, I probably wont be going back to Splash.
