Loved Splash! My third time there, first at Goodge Street. Really organised, running on time. Felt like she really took care and did such a good job with my nails. Really friendly, offered refreshments. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Love: My hairdresser, Simona, was lovely. She did a great job!
Improve: Waiting times. Appointments can be easily booked but many people on the shop floor were waiting later than their appointment time.

The staff were really lovely and offered tea, coffee, biscuits. They also did a good job of using nail glue to fix my toe nail that was split quite low, after the glue and shellac you’d never know! End results for mani and pedi were immaculate.
