Very painful, the wax temperature was high. I told the therapist and she just kept looking at me like I was lying. She needs to know what she feels as not hot can be hot on other people’s skin . Also she repeatedly going over and over the area which made it worse. She couldn’t get hair off in one or two go which is usually what most therapist manage to do. Very painful and very sore post waxing . Not good

This was the first time I am totally not satisfied with my shellac manicure in Splash. The girl was quite in a rush and not precise (hurting my nail surface as she was pressing so hard) and what's the worst, the varnish started to chip in 2 days! Within a week it was destroyed as the layer of varnish was splitting from the nail.
