My hair always looks great in Splash, however there’s always problems when you pay on Treatwell the reception staff both times I was there were extremely rude, which makes me not want to go back. However, the hairdressers are very skilled in what they’re doing, and my hair looked good. They just need to improve on the customer service, specially reception
