I guess you get what you pay for! 😅 I booked 15mins before but was left waiting upstairs for 30mins by the only hairdresser on duty. I heard noises downstairs and went to look and that’s where the nail station was. She was sweet but hadn’t checked her appointments. My technician said she isn’t usually at that salon and she had a mani/pedi client before and so was unable to clear up so was a little grim to have loads of clippings, tissues and gloves lying around. But my mani was 👌
