Despite some things not being absolutely perfect I will always come back to Splash for my haircuts. It's a very no fuss place where you get your hair done quickly and at unparalleled value for money!!! Still haven't found anywhere this cheap in London. My only complaint is that every time I've asked for a blow dry I haven't gotten exactly what I wanted. The blow dry is still beautiful and I always get compliments after walking out of Splash but I can't quite seem to get my hair looking the way I would personally like it. Other than I always get a good haircut that lasts a long time and makes my hair look unbelievably healthy. It's a quick process with very polite staff in a nice, clean, young environment.

Unfortunately I wasn't happy with the service, there is a big difference in staff technicians so usually I'm very happy but this time I wasn't however. She didn't do anything I asked and when I complained to the receptionist she didn't really seem to take it seriously.

I had a good haircut from Splash, but I felt conned by my hairdresser. Even though I had paid for a Wash and Cut, he failed to wash my hair and blow-dried it without checking first. When I went to leave, the salon charged me an extra £10! They were very rude about it. And then I remembered that the guy who had gone before me had had the same thing happened to him, because he also had to fork out an extra £10 for this same hairdresser.

The nail technician was so lovely and took her time to try and make my nails perfect. There were lots of colour options and good products. However, my express service took much longer than expected and my nails could be neater.
