A well-oiled machine....
That's it .. my first experience after good reviews from my friend but it is just a busy place with 0 customer care.
1) I was supposed to have haircut with Simona, also recommended by friend, but was attended to by another hairdresser Paul, even though I mentioned whilst checking in it is with Simona
2) The haircut was so mechanical and now connection at all from the hairdresser. Even your local barber would communicate more.
I felt like going into a hair cutting machine and coming out of it.
Was asked to get a hair wash for £3 extra saying I had products in my hair which I didn't but decided to go along with it to ensure I get a good cut.
It was only ok nothing special and the customer experience really let me down.

I have been to this salon many times earlier but this time when I reached I had to wait for 15mins at reception as receptionist was not there. When she cane she took another 10mins to find my name. She alloted one staff to me and when he started washing my hair he started explaining how long my hair are and I have to pay extra.. when I told him I have already paid for long hair he said sorry I can’t do such long hair and left so I was waiting for another 10mins and than Simone care.. receptionist again started saying that I have to pay extra £10 even if I paid for long hair. Thanks to Simona who said I will do it don’t worry and started doing my hair and surprisingly she didn’t even take more than 20-25 mins. She was really helpful but the whole experience his time was terrible. TThe salon should look at their staff and customer service.
