I had a good visit here overall, though it took ages! I've had my hair bleached before and took a picture with me to show them. They were a bit sceptical of getting to my desired colour but gave in when I made it clear I was sure. I appreciated that they stopped trying to upsell me too after a time. I didn't think my stylist was paying me full attention as there was another haircut going on simultaneously - and I had to keep an eye on things myself but overall I'm happy, especially for the price.

accomodated a quick change in appointment time. the lady doing the wax was so fast and brilliant.

Very good results, precision and care taken. Only point I’d make is that she was quite tough with the pulling.
