Had my nails done in Splash and was very happy with the outcome. I then went upstairs to have a straight blowdry. The lady did not wash all of the product out of my hair, and then she brought me over to dry my hair. She never used a brush whilst drying it, just her hand. She then told me she was finished but my hair was still wet. Twice this happened. When I was brought to the till I was very upset as my hair was wet, greasy and not straight. She manager was very rude and tried challenging me, saying that I asked for a wash instead of a blowdry (I’ve never heard of such a thing) but I specially said “straight blowdry”. She told me to take a seat and I had to repeat the entire process all over. All in all I was in the place for almost 3 hours just for a straight blowdry. When it came to payment they had the audacity to charge me more than what they quoted. It was a terrible experience and I will never return here.

I always go there for my waxing but this time the lady who did it was not thorough to make sure all the hair was removed and I found her technique quite rough compared to the ones I’ve had in the past.
