Most of my experiences here are quite pleasant. The beauticians are friendly and professional. However, today was not one of those experiences. My 30 minute appointment lasted 15 minutes, which normally wouldn't be an issue except I was having hair ripped out of an intimate area with boiling hot wax. I've been getting waxes for years so I expect pain but this was something quite... different. Oh did I mention that I also left with half the wax used still attached to my person? I didn't want her to do any more so I just said it was fine and left. Such a shame sloppy individuals can tarnish the reputation others have worked so hard to build.

Worst experience ever!!!!stay away from this place! Worst nail shape, cut slightly my finger when trying to remove the shellac and awful color application!!!! Terrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
