The new staff are unprofessional and my manicurist was rude and spend most of her time laughing and talking to her colleague. The manicure and pedicure was done quite roughly and my manicurist had a very low level of English so could not understand when I asked her to touch up a nail. Quite disappointing considering prices have increased! The bathroom was also not as clean as it used to be.

The lady that did my hair colouring was not really professional. She couldn't really give advice on what to choose and she did the basics. Also they were out of stock for 5/9 colors I picked.
